At Music Bits Company UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid any restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized UK courier location or local Post Office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
